Responsibilities

• Jobsite outreach to connect with crews and reinforce culture.
• Recruit, interview, and coordinate hiring with managers.
• Create onboarding programs and maintain policies and playbooks.
• Oversee training: safety, conduct, anti-harassment, certifications.
• Manage benefits inquiries and Open Enrollment coordination.
• Handle employee relations, discipline, and investigations with confidentiality.
