Job summary

Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) company, seeks a Field HR Generalist to support field construction operations across west Texas and southeastern New Mexico. You will partner with Construction Managers, site leaders, and field supervisors to strengthen workforce readiness and employee relations in a project-driven EPC environment.

The ideal candidate will maintain a regular field presence, understand project realities, and tailor HR support as projects mobilize,

Qualifications

HR Generalist supporting field or operational workforce.
Experience coaching managers or frontline supervisors.
Willingness to work in the field and travel among project sites.

Responsibilities

Partner with Construction Managers and field leaders to align workforce decisions with safety, quality, and schedule.
Maintain regular field presence and operating cadence across sites.
Coach leaders to set expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
Support mobilization, ramp-up, transitions, and demobilization of projects.
Advise on staffing needs, onboarding readiness, and talent movement during project phases.
Collaborate with Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deliver field-appropriate solutions.
