Job summary

Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Field HR Generalist to support field construction operations across west Texas and southeastern New Mexico. This role partners with Construction Managers, site leaders, and field supervisors to strengthen workforce readiness, supervisor effectiveness, and employee relations in a project-driven EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting field-based workforce
• Experience coaching managers or frontline supervisors
• Ability to handle employee relations matters and investigations
• Willingness to work in the field and travel among project sites

Responsibilities

• Partner with Construction Managers and site leaders to align workforce decisions with safety, quality, schedule, productivity, cost and project outcomes
• Maintain regular field presence and operating cadence across sites
• Coach field leaders on performance, expectations, and feedback
• Support mobilization, ramp-up, transitions and demobilization of project workforce
• Advise on staffing needs, onboarding readiness, talent movement and retention risk during mobilization
• Collaborate with recruiting, total rewards, HR operations, legal and compliance to deliver field-friendly solutions
