Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) company, seeks a Field HR Generalist to support field construction operations across west Texas and southeastern New Mexico.

This role partners with Construction Managers, site leaders, and field supervisors to strengthen workforce readiness, supervisor effectiveness, talent decisions, and employee relations in a project-driven EPC environment.

Formación

• HR Generalist or similar role supporting an operational or field-based workforce.
• Experience coaching managers or frontline supervisors.
• Independently handle employee relations matters and investigations with support from leveraged capability SMEs.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel among project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Construction Managers and field leaders to align workforce decisions with safety, schedule, and outcomes.
• Build field presence and operating cadence across sites, adjusting by project phase and risk.
• Coach field leaders to set expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
• Support mobilization, ramp-up, transitions, and demobilization including staffing and onboarding readiness.
• Advise on staffing needs, onboarding readiness, talent movement, and retention risks during mobilization.
• Collaborate on talent selection, development, and deployment for field roles.
• Navigate employee relations matters and workplace investigations with sound judgment and urgency.
• Strengthen crew culture, communication, accountability, and safety-focused environment.
• Partner with Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Legal and Compliance to deliver field-ready solutions.
• Differentiate work requiring HR judgment from field leadership responsibilities.
• Share lessons and workforce insights across projects to improve mobilization and pipelines.
