Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions, through Optimized Process Designs (OPD), seeks a Field HR Generalist to support field construction across west Texas and southeast New Mexico. You will partner with Construction Managers, site leaders, and field supervisors to strengthen workforce readiness and employee relations.

This field-facing role requires site presence, travel among project sites, and flexibility for overtime during mobilization and ramp-up.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist or similar role supporting an operational or field-based workforce
• Experience coaching managers or frontline supervisors
• Independently handle employee relations matters and investigations with support from leveraged capability SME’s
• Willingness to work in the field and travel among project sites

Responsibilities

• Partner with construction managers and site leaders to align workforce decisions with safety, quality and schedule
• Maintain regular field presence and adjust effort by project phase and workforce size
• Coach field leaders to set clear expectations and provide timely feedback
• Support mobilization, ramp-up, transitions, and demobilization with staffing plans
