Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Field HR Generalist to support field construction ops across west Texas and SE New Mexico. Partner with managers and site leaders to strengthen workforce readiness and employee relations on EPC projects.

The role requires field presence, travel among sites, and overtime flexibility as projects mobilize, ramp up, or demobilize. Midland/Odessa preferred with travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Generalist supporting field or operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coach site leaders and frontline supervisors.
• Ability to independently handle employee relations and investigations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with construction leaders to align workforce decisions with safety, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain a regular field presence and adapt cadence by project phase.
• Coach leaders on performance, feedback, and conduct issues.
• Support mobilization, ramp-up, transitions, and demobilization staffing.
• Advise on staffing needs, onboarding readiness, and employee communications.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Legal, and Compliance.
