Moss, the leading Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field sites and hourly teams on HR and administrative tasks onsite. The role starts with about six months of remote work, then moves to project sites with travel/relocation as needed.

You will partner with field leadership to deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle, assist payroll, and ensure compliance while fostering a positive employee experience during critical field

Formación

• 2+ years HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination experience.
• Experience supporting hourly employees or field operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Confidential information handling with discretion.
• Spanish and/or Creole bilingual is a plus.
• Construction/energy/industrial industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner for project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding for smooth integration.
• Review timekeeping and attendance to support payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and programs; escalate complex matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data for reporting and compliance.
• Support audits, workforce development initiatives, and special projects.
