Job summary

Pape’ Rents is seeking a Heavy Equipment Rental Field Technician to service material handling and construction equipment in the field. You will travel in a fully equipped service vehicle and perform timely repairs, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with aerial equipment, and a valid driver’s license. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of JLG and Genie and other AWP Equipment with ability to diagnose and troubleshoot.
• Experience with electronic and hydraulic repairs; diesel and gas engine repair.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• As Rental Field Technician, repair and service equipment in the field to maximize uptime.
• Travel within the area in a fully loaded service vehicle to perform top-notch work.
• Interact with customers to ensure they can count on you to get the job done right.
