Job summary

Pape’ Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Technician / Mechanic to service client sites across the region. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy trenching and construction equipment, traveling in a fully equipped service vehicle to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment; including at least one year of field work.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication, customer relations and teamwork skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations to ensure peak performance.
• Travel in a fully equipped service vehicle to job sites and perform quality work.
• Interact with customers and ensure uptime and service satisfaction.
