Pape’ Rents is seeking a Rental Shop Technician to join our team in Phoenix. This role focuses on repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, with emphasis on electrical and hydraulic systems, engines, and tool-based service.

You will work with a team of skilled technicians in a fully equipped shop, receiving training and career growth opportunities while enjoying competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing and troubleshooting JLG/Genie and other AWP equipment.
• Experience repairing electronic and hydraulic systems; diesel and gas engines.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Must provide own tools.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• As a Rental Shop Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and service material handling and construction equipment to maximize uptime and support rental customers.
