Pape’ Rents in Sacramento is hiring a Heavy Equipment Rental Field Technician / Mechanic. You will diagnose and repair field equipment, travel to client sites in a fully equipped service vehicle, and ensure uptime for rental gear.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in field diagnosing and repairing aerial/construction equipment.
• Experience with electronic and hydraulic repairs; diesel and gas engine repair.
• Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.
• Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Rental Field Technician, you will work on material handling and construction equipment in the field ensuring repairs are done accurately and timely.
• Travel the area in a fully loaded service vehicle, perform top-notch work, and interact with customers who rely on you.
