Job summary

LUX Infusion in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive growth by connecting prescribers, infusion centers, and health systems with our home-based and suite-based infusion services.

You will own the territory, build referral partnerships, and educate providers on our patient-centered care model, while collaborating with clinical and operations teams to support onboarding and complex cases. Travel up to 40% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
• Motivation rooted in patient-centered selling and long-term provider partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems.
• Build strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s home-based and suite-based infusion services and comprehensive patient support model.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases.
• Track pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Bring accountability, consistency, and follow-through to every provider interaction.
