Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager to cover field-based work across the US region. The role supports HIT-enabled solutions, aligning clinical workflows and technology environments, and educating customers on EHR-enabled resources.

You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and governance in HIT initiatives. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in health informatics or EHR roles, strong experience with major EHR platforms, and a track record in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows, and environments.
Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve care delivery and efficiency.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources and support evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and health IT trends.
Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools.
Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions within GSK policies.
