Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager for field-based coverage across multiple US states. You will translate HIT data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency.

You will educate customers on HIT-enabled tools and support governance decisions within GSK policies. Responsibilities include partnering with health-system stakeholders, assessing workflows, and contributing HIT expertise to account planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in hospital, physician practice, or care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows, and environments.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and risks.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while aligning with GSK policies and compliance requirements.
