Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to lead HIT-enabled initiatives across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Alabama. You will align EHR and digital tools with customer workflows, partnering with health systems and internal teams to improve patient identification and care coordination.

In this field-based role, you will educate customers on approved HIT resources, support HIT evaluations within governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in healthcare/pharma.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient/ambulatory workflows and multiple EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved HIT resources and support EHR evaluations for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with insights and trends.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating support.
• Ensure customer data governance decisions align with GSK policies and compliance requirements.
