Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to cover FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, KY, IN, and AL, driving HIT-enabled care improvements with health systems and internal teams. You will translate data insights into practical opportunities, educate customers on HIT resources, and ensure governance and compliance while supporting strategic account planning across Market Access and other units.

Candidates bring 3+ years in health informatics or EHR roles, with knowledge of major EHR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (hospital/physician practice).
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, or iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products, clinical decision support, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and clinical workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for patient identification, care delivery, coordination, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, and trends with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools.
