Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled strategy across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and Alabama. You will translate health data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, workflow efficiency, and care coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health informatics, healthcare, or related field.
Advanced degree strongly preferred in health informatics or clinical informatics.
2+ years in health informatics/EHR-related roles in healthcare settings.
Experience with major EHR platforms and reporting tools.
Knowledge of HIT interoperability and patient data governance.
Experience in Oncology, Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify compliant opportunities to improve care delivery.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, and measurement resources.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, guiding tool adoption and governance.
Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, and privacy decisions per GSK policies.
Collaborate with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources.
