Job summary

GSK seeks a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for field-based work across FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, KY, IN, and AL. You will align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows, partnering with health systems and cross-functional teams to optimize technology usage.

You will translate insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, while educating customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and resources and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Minimum 2 years health informatics or EHR-related roles experience.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
Customer-facing experience with knowledge of EHR products, CDS, and governance.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows, and technology environments.
Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification, care delivery, coordination, and efficiency.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, and health IT trends with internal partners.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools.
Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions in line with policies.
