Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for field-based work spanning FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, KY, IN, and AL. You will translate HIT opportunities into practical improvements for patient identification and care coordination, collaborating with health systems and internal teams.

You will educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools, support EHR adoption and governance, and contribute strategic HIT insights to account planning across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (e.g., clinical informatics, EHR analyst, or EHR super user).
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products, CDS, patient identification, order sets, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities for improved care delivery.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, and trends.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions within policies.
