Job summary

The position focuses on educating customers, improving patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR-related experience in a hospital, physician practice, or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, clinical workflows, and technology environments.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and operational barriers to identify opportunities that improve patient identification, care delivery, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and HIT trends with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions while aligning with policies and compliance.
