Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for field coverage across FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, KY, IN, and AL. You will translate HIT capabilities into practical opportunities, align with clinical workflows, and support patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency.

You will educate customers on EHR-enabled tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure decisions align with GSK policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within a hospital or provider setting.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while complying with policies and laws.
