GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for field-based work across the United States. You will translate health IT capabilities into practical opportunities, coordinating with health systems, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to align EHR-enabled tools with patient care workflows.

In this role, you will educate customers on HIT resources, contribute to account planning, and ensure governance and compliance while advancing HIT initiatives in priority

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, informatics, or related field.
3+ years healthcare/pharma industry experience.
2+ years in health informatics or EHR roles in care settings.
Experience with major EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner, Oracle, Athenahealth.

Responsibilities

Align HIT resources with customer needs and clinical workflows.
Assess EHR readiness and data insights to identify opportunities.
Educate customers on EHR-enabled tools and resources.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and engagement.
Coordinate field input on scalable HIT resources.
Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance alignment.
