GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to leverage HIT to improve care delivery across multiple states. You will partner with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows, EHR environments, and digital solutions.

The role translates data insights into practical opportunities for patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, serving as an educator and SME on approved EHR-enabled tools within governance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (hospital/clinic).
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth).
• Customer-facing experience applying EHR products, CDS, and governance across teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with workflows and environments.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved HIT resources and support evaluation of tools.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units to coordinate support.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while following GSK policies.
