Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and engagement.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other units.
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance.
