GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT insights into actionable opportunities across multiple US markets. The role partners with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and governance, ensuring patient care improvements and compliant deployment.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, guiding EHR-enabled solutions, and supporting account planning with health IT trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health informatics or EHR-related roles within a hospital, physician practice, or patient-care environment
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT, including front-end use of major EHR platforms
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products, clinical decision support, patient identification, order sets, care pathways, reporting tools, and governance

Responsabilités

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows, and technology environments
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient identification, care delivery, coordination, and efficiency
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and health IT trends
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools and resources
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions while adhering to GSK policies
