Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital, physician practice, or other patient-care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT including major EHR platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, Onc oEMR).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities to improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, and measurement resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and health IT trends.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while adhering to GSK policies and compliance requirements.
