Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT assets into actionable health-system improvements across PA, NJ, DE, and MD. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to map approved EHR tools to clinical workflows and governance requirements.

Working in a shared-service model, you’ll educate customers on HIT capabilities, support EHR optimization, and ensure implementation decisions stay aligned with policies and patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and technology environments.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and trends with internal partners.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while adhering to GSK policies and compliance requirements.
