• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and trends across groups.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance in implementation decisions.
