Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT capabilities into practical opportunities across multiple states and therapeutic areas. You will work with health systems to align workflows with major EHR environments and digital tools.

You will educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources, support account planning, and help ensure governance and compliance while driving improvements in patient identification and care coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT.
Customer-facing experience with knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating support.
Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance.
