Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager for Market Access, covering CA, OR, WA, AZ, AK, HI, ID, NV. You will translate HIT insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, workflows, and care coordination across payer and provider contexts.

Lead cross‑functional teams, educate customers on EHR-enabled resources, and ensure governance and compliance. Requires 2+ years of health informatics and Epic or similar certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in health informatics or related field.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within healthcare settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms and population health tools is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and customer-success skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with workflows and governance.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital health resources and support evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning, risk assessment, and opportunities.
• Serve as SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating field input.
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies, privacy, and compliance requirements.
