Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager to support strategic HIT initiatives across multiple states in the US. The role partners with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with customer needs, clinical workflows, and technology environments including EHRs and population health tools.

You will translate data insights into opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare/pharma background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics/EHR-related roles (clinical informatics, EHR analyst, or EHR super user).
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and front-end EHR use.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units; coordinate customer support.
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance requirements.
