Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT insights into practical opportunities that improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency across multiple US states. You will partner with health systems, educate customers on HIT resources, and support strategic HIT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required.
• 3+ years healthcare or pharma experience; 2+ years in health informatics or EHR roles.
• Experience with EHR platforms and clinical workflows across care settings.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled tools and resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other units.
• Ensure governance and compliance in decisions.
