Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years of health informatics or EHR roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and barriers to improve patient identification, care delivery, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
