Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (such as clinical informatics, EHR analyst, or EHR super user).
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT including major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products, clinical decision support, patient identification, order sets, care pathways, reporting tools, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification, care delivery, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, and health IT trends with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions within GSK policies.
