Job summary

The role translates data insights into opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, serving as an educator and SME across GSK teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT including major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs across teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while adhering to policy requirements.
