Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (hospital/physician practice).
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve identification, care delivery, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating support and field input.
