Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR roles in care settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and HIT.
• Customer-facing experience with EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and assess use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and engagement.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance and privacy decisions.
