Job summary

GSK seeks a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to lead HIT-enabled initiatives across multiple states. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technology environments, including EHRs.

In this field-based role, you will translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with governance and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR-related roles in a health setting.
• Experience with major EHR platforms and healthcare data analysis.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with needs.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled and digital resources and support evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
