Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager for field coverage across FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, KY, IN, and AL. This role translates HIT insights into practical opportunities, supporting EHR-enabled tools and clinical workflows.

The position requires 2+ years in health informatics, familiarity with major EHRs, and strong cross-functional collaboration within healthcare settings. Remote, field-based with travel and eligible for company benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR-related experience in healthcare settings.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT.
Cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing experience with EHR products.

Responsibilities

Assess patient workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities.
Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
Ensure governance decisions align with policy and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
