GSK seeks a Health Informatics Manager for a field-based role across the US. You will partner with health systems and internal teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and governance.

You will translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, educating customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and ensuring decision ownership within policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and front-end use of major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions within GSK policies.
