GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access. This field-based role supports HIT-enabled initiatives across multiple states, partnering with health systems and cross-functional teams to align EHR capabilities with customer workflows and governance.

You will translate data insights into opportunities for improved patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with policy and privacy requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharma.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (hospital/clinic).
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).

Aufgaben

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows and tech environments.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities that improve patient identification, care delivery, coordination and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities and health IT trends.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions while adhering to policies and compliance.
