Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to lead HIT-enabled initiatives across the US field footprint. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to align EHR tools with clinical workflows, governance, and compliance while driving patient identification and care coordination improvements.

The role requires strong health informatics expertise, hospital/IDN experience, and experience with major EHR platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (hospital, practice, or patient-care setting)
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms such as Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR or iKnowMed

Responsibilities

Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities for patient identification and care coordination
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement; share insights and trends with internal partners
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units; coordinate customer support and scalable tools/resources
