Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital or patient-care setting.
• Experience with major EHR platforms and health IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement across GSK.
• Coordinate customer support and field input on scalable tools and resources.
