GSK seeks a Health Informatics Manager to lead HIT initiatives across market access, collaborating with health systems to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and governance policies.

The role focuses on patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency through EHR-enabled tools and digital health resources, ensuring decisions stay with health systems and comply with corporate policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years healthcare/pharma industry experience.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in care settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on EHR knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance decisions align with policy.
