Job summary

ACRT, Inc. is seeking an energetic Consulting Utility Forester to perform identification, inspection, and evaluation of trees along utility lines and to coordinate line-clearing crews nationwide. The role requires a strong forestry background and the ability to work independently in diverse terrains.

The position emphasizes planning, client communication, and coordination with stakeholders, with opportunities for growth in vegetation management and field operations across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in forestry or related field required.
• Experience in Utility Vegetation Management preferred.
• ISA Arborist/TRAQ/ISA Utility Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, inspect, and evaluate trees and brush along utility lines.
• Submit inspection results with recommendations to clients.
• Plan and coordinate activities of tree clearance crews.
• Coordinate access with crews and stakeholders.
• Liaise between clients, crews, and customer representatives.
