Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate tasks with management, and enforce safety protocols across job sites. This role demands hands-on leadership, training responsibilities, and effective communication with property owners and crew members.

The Foreperson will manage training, supervise field crews, and ensure compliance with DOT and company policies while maintaining productive, safe work environments and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and act independently.
• Capable of safely driving an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new/updated units.
• Enforces safety practices per company policy and OSHA standards; conducts safety training.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners for required work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance.
