Asplundh in Tampa, FL seeks a Foreperson to drive daily crew productivity, coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols, and mentor crew members on site.

You will troubleshoot field issues, train staff, enforce OSHA-compliant safety standards, and maintain accurate work records while managing customer relations. This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work.
• Experience supervising field crews and enforcing safety protocols.
• Willingness to work outdoors and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• CDL license is required or preferred depending on assignment.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining of crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Communicates with property owners about access, interruptions, and work scope; escalates issues when needed.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and work completed.
• Manages crew costs and resources; ensures efficient use of personnel and equipment.
