Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per policy and OSHA rules.
• Discusses access, work scope, and property concerns with customers; refers complex cases to supervisor.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports for crew operations.
• Controls crew costs and optimizes use of personnel and equipment.
• Provides reports on orders completed, crew time, and incidents as needed.
