Job summary

Asplundh Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily operations, supervise crew, coordinate tasks, ensure safety protocols and training, and liaise with management and customers to resolve issues.

You will plan, assign work, conduct field training, enforce OSHA rules, maintain records, and manage costs while maintaining customer relations. CDL required; benefits include health insurance and retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per company policy and OSHA requirements.
• Interacts with property owners/customers to arrange access and discuss responsibilities.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and optimizes use of personnel and equipment.
