Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations and coordinate crew activities in the Florida region. You will work with management to determine hiring needs, set deadlines, and enforce safety protocols on-site.

Responsibilities include field training, directing crew work, maintaining equipment and records, and communicating with property owners. This role requires CDL and a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines and voltages.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid CDL may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from management.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicates with property owners to obtain access and address issues.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports.
• Manages crew time, costs, and equipment usage.
• Furnishes reports of orders completed and incidents as needed.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets.
